Meet at Cape Town international airport and transfer to our guest house.
We spend the afternoon viewing the tourist attractions of this beautiful city, and enjoy sunset on top of Table Mountain.

DAY 2
We depart from our guest lodge in Cape Town and travel into the true remote wilderness area of the Western Cape, into the Cedarberg Mountains.
The afternoon is spent on a short walk to a waterfall, or a swim in one of the many rock pools or rivers. Today we relax, for tomorrow we walk.

DAY 3
Today we explore the Cedarberg Mountains. Unique rock formation hikes, wine farms, trekking opportunities or just simply relaxing next to a mountain stream. We return to our base after our excursion, and have a welcome swim.

DAY 4
Onto Augrabies falls national park. After checking into our bungalows, we will head out to search for eland, giraffe, gemsbok and klipspringer antelope.
Witness the spectacular Augrabies falls, where the mighty Orange River plunges over the granite gorge on its lonely journey to the Atlantic Ocean.

DAYS 5 & 6
Travel the dusty road to one of the best-kept secrets in Africa: the red sands of the Kalahari. The Kaglagadi Transfronteir Park is one of the largest protected wilderness areas in Africa. The search begins.
Rise with the sun and resume our search, often spending long periods waiting for that special moment at waterholes or in the dunes. The Kalahari lion is the largest lion found in the world and just to spend a moment with this black maned king of the beasts is not only a privilege but also an experience that you will never forget. The lion, the raptors and the desert dwelling creatures will fascinate all wildlife enthusiasts. The game drive takes us north on the Nossob river.

DAY 7
With full jerry cans of water and fuel, we embark on an expedition into the wilds of the Kalahari; the bush camp in the matopi region is our goal for tonight. En route, a hard earned brunch and siesta period to while away the heat of this unforgiving land.

DAY 8
The Transfronteir pearl called Mabuasehube game reserve tonight. A wild camping night. A little jewel, but a precious jewel. After tedious big sand we finally reach the pearl, encased in its shell of sand.
Late afternoon sees us sifting the red sands, searching for those who have not been found.
After setting up camp we spend the days searching the pans and dunes, absorbing this desert.

DAY 9
With open eyes we leave this area and make our way slowly northwards towards Ghanzi and the People of the Desert. The San People. We set up camp in a community campsite and rid ourselves of the red sand under cold showers. Relax and interact with the local San population. The evening is spent enjoying traditional Bushman dancing or story telling. Our homeland seems far away tonight. An educational and humbling Cultural day today. DAY 10
We rise with the sun and experience the ways of the Hunters and Gatherers, learning the arts of survival in this harsh land. Would we make it out here alone?
After this learned experience we bid farewell to these noble people and travel northwards to the Okavango Delta, and the start of the next adventure. Travel in 4x4 over sandy conditions to the verge of the waterway and our base camp for our Okavango Delta excursion.
Relax this afternoon, after preparing for the days to come in the wilderness of Botswana.

DAY 11
An early start. A wild place. First we transfer by motorboat to our Okavango Delta swamp island.
Today we finally meet Africa and camp wild under the Palm or Ebony trees. The rich bird life of the Okavango Delta is really great to behold. Spend the heat of the day in the shade of great Jackalberry trees, relaxing and enjoying the solitude of being alone in paradise, days that will never be forgotten. A late afternoon makoro excursion upstream in search of the shy Sitatunga antelope or secretive Pel`s fishing owl rounds off our experience in paradise.
We spend the evening around the campfire enjoying the aura of wild Africa, and looking over our shoulders into the darkness.

DAY 12
Early transfer back to our Okavango base camp and Ngepi Camp on the Okavango River is our next destination. Ngepi is a great birding area in which the Paradise Flycatcher and Giant Kingfisher, two of the many rare bird species, are found. A beautiful decadent camping experience.

DAY 13
Crossing the border back into Botswana, we make our way to the Chobe National Park.
We camp next to the park on the banks of the Chobe River to explore the reserve by boat.
We hope to find the Puku Antelope, an antelope endemic to the Chobe floodplains. The park contains a multitude of aquatic bird species and the visitor is sure to observe the majestic Fish Eagle or the acrobatic Bee-eater.

DAY 14
A new day, the last country, Victoria Falls in Zambia is calling. After the border crossing and a short drive we set up camp outside the bustling town of Livingstone.
Today we will visit the world-famous Victoria Falls. (Entry own expense)
One great way to end a fantastic adventure is by having a second fantastic adventure: Rafting the mighty Zambezi River. Do not be afraid, as this is the ultimate way of forging a unique bond between world travellers who have become friends. Dinner in the ethnical camp restaurant tonight.

DAY 15
Today is yours to raft, fly, jump, ride or sightsee. The Zambian side of Victoria Falls is a recommendation for its curio market and rainforest. Dinner in the ethnical camp restaurant tonight.
